At EPYC.SE you can buy Nordic and unique designed products of the highest quality. We aim to always provide professional and high service to our customers. These purchase and delivery terms are applied to all purchases and orders made at www.epyc.se, where the customer resides in Sweden. In cases where the customer is resident in a Member State within the EU other than Sweden, the conditions are applicable in those parts where they do not deviate from consumer legislation inthe customer's country. We follow the consumer law in the customer's country where this is prescribed by EU rules. Asa customer of EPYC.SE, you have the right to request information about your registered personal information. You also
have the right to request that your personal data be changed or deleted. If you have any questions, please contact usat info@epyc.se Our goal is for customer service to answer your email within 1 - 3 weekdays.
Products and total cost
All products we sell can be used in Sweden. Total cost, including shipping cost, any other fees and VAT are clearly specified at checkout. Offers are clearly stated with time limits and other conditions. Stock status is always displayed on the respective product page. We reserve the right to final sale.
Sales to minors
We do not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years of age) without the parent's approval.
Prices
The prices you find on our marketplace are current prices including 25% (or 6%) VAT. VAT is reported in the order summary together with any shipping costs before you confirm the purchase. If the VAT is changed, we reserve the right tochange the prices accordingly. Price adjustments can be made at any time without prior notice.
Gift card code / Discount code
Any gift card code or discount code is stated in the shopping cart under "Enter discount code / gift card code". Discount codes cannot be combined with each other unless this is clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the specific discount code. The responsibility for entering the correct discount code lies with the customer and price adjustments due. incorrect discount code can not be implemented afterwards. More than one gift card cannot be used for a purchase at checkout. Please contact info@epyc.se if you want to use more than one gift card at the same order occasion. Please note that discount codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
Right of withdrawal & open purchase
We follow the law on distance contracts according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without stating any reason. Notice of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods (does not apply to specially ordered goods). There is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you always get new parts, however, the warranty does not apply in the
event of wear and tear. You pay the return shipping yourself. For repayment - enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number. Remember that the product must be returned in unchanged condition and in original packaging. To be able to handle your return, we need your name, customer number and order number - attach the delivery note in the package and clearly state what you want to return and we have all the information we need to be able to quickly handle your return. The original packaging must not be used as an outer carton as the product may be damaged. If the product is used and no longer in an unchanged condition, we reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction on the refund upon return. In cases where the product is specially manufactured for a specific customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply. The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.
Returns must be sent to our address, which you will find at the bottom of the website, and it is possible for the package to be sent to a collection agent. Remember that you are responsible for the goods arriving intact to us. Therefore, pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged and preferably with a traceable shipment, e.g. package or registered letter. When returning packages from abroad, it is important to mark the package with RETURN to avoid extracosts. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or specially ordered products according to your instructions.
Guarantee
Of course, you have the usual guarantees available on the goods you buy from us. We follow the rules covered by the Consumer Purchase Act. See www.konsumentverket.se for more information. The guarantee terms apply in Sweden.
Complaint
You always have the right to unpack the goods and check the function and finish. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, we ask you to contact us info@epyc.se We will contact you within 1-3 days to help you further with the case. In the event of return of a defective item, EPYC.SE will pay the shipping. If you choose to send the product back, you are responsible for the shipping. Remember that you are always responsible for the shipment arriving intact. Pack well in the original packaging and attach a description of the defect.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, EPYC will follow the General Complaints Board's (ARN) recommendations.
Alternative dispute resolution
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right, if you have a complaint about a purchase which could not be resolved through direct contact with us, to turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. The European Commission's Complaints Platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Force majeure
EPYC.SE is exempted from the penalty for failure to fulfill a certain obligation in this agreement if the failure is based on liberating circumstances as below and the circumstance makes it difficult, prevents or delays the fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered to be i.a. a government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure also includes authorities' decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, salesbans, etc.
Shipping method
POSTNORD to delivery point - Free shipping when you order over SEK 449, otherwise a shipping cost of SEK 65 will be added. The delivery time for products in stock is normally 1-3 working days within Sweden. You will receive an SMS when the package can be picked up at your chosen delivery point.

Estimated delivery time varies and can be read in each product description. We do everything in our power to deliver your order according to the promised delivery time or earlier. If an item deviates from the promised delivery time and there is a delivery delay, we will notify you by e-mail.
There may also be occasions that make it impossible for us to fulfill your order, for example when our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. We will then notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Transport liability, damage to shipments
If the product is damaged or lost during transport from EPYC.SE to the customer, EPYC.SE is responsible. If the product is damaged or lost when you return it on your own initiative, you as the sender are responsible for the goods. We therefore recommend that you pack the shipment carefully in original packaging or equivalent packaging material. In addition, the goods should be insured and sent as a traceable shipment upon return. If, upon receipt of your package, you discover that the consignment is visibly damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to the package agent. This applies both to home delivery and when you pick up the package from an agent. If you discover during unpacking that the contents are damaged, we ask you to contact info@epyc.se.
Unredeemed packages
For packages that are not redeemed, EPYC.SE reserves the right to invoice the customer for shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs with a total of SEK 200 including VAT. If you have chosen an invoice as a payment alternative, it is important that you contact Klarna to avoid a reminder fee and interest on arrears. Any invoice for unredeemed packages is sent through our partner Klarna.
Normal delivery time is about 3 days. During the high season it can take longer.
We send orders with Postnord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping
company.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work with handling the goods.
The shipping cost for an order is charged according to the actual weight - this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout. Pricing takes place according to the post office's postage table for letters and packages. For order values exceeding SEK 2,500, we offer the shipping cost.
Payment options
- Klarna
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whatever payment option you choose, Klarna is the one that handles the payment transaction while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions must therefore be directed to the store. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.

Payment terms 10 days. When you choose to pay against an invoice, a credit report is made on your personal or organization number. Delivery takes place to the address that is registered as the population registration address. Payment terms are 10 days net. In the event of late payment, interest on arrears will be charged at 2% per month from the due date. In the event of a reminder, the statutory reminder fee of SEK 50 will be charged. When ordering against an invoice, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
The Personal Data Act
Your personal data is handled in accordance with current provisions in the Personal Data Act (PUL).
Dispute
Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board and otherwise refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
